Yes...this style is particularly sought after and hard to find, and they typically sell for $125-$200.
Of course, the market might be flooded for a bit right now, but they're still worth $100.

Stationed in Section 114, along with my friend who became a STH for 10-11. My sister got 1/2 season tickets after Kovy signed! Now she can enjoy that Kovy jersey often. woohoo!

It was a thing at the meigray jersey expo this past saturday. Pay $125 per pull and there were 125 bags total. 120 of the bags contained these kinds of jerseys and 5 jerseys contained game-worn devils jerseys from this years playoffs. Top prize was game worn Stanley Cup finals jersey worth about $7500.
Apparently no one who was in attendance at the show won. All the winners were people who ordered these on-line. I got 1 too and just got a red one size 50.
