I saw this today at the Imax at the liberty science center. Incredible seeing the movie there and well worth the money in my honest opinion.

IMAX is fantastic, far superior to the 3-D craze that's now run rampant in Hollywood.

I heard that select scenes in the next "Star Trek" and "Hunger Games" movies will be filmed with the IMAX camera, so maybe it's picking up some steam.

But I'm glad to see others here have checked out the movie in real IMAX. One of the few worthwhile things about the area I live in (central Pennsylvania) is that we have a genuine IMAX theater in Harrisburg (Whitaker Center for the Performing Arts). Checked out TDKR on opening night, and the IMAX scenes were mind-blowing.

Hmmm...just may have to see it at Lincoln Center when I finally check it out next week thanks to all the ringing endorsements!

I came across this Dec. 21, 2011, article with a listing of "Real" IMAX 70mm Movie Theaters across the country. I've been to the one at the Palisades Center in West Nyack, N.Y., and it seemed real enough. But I am far from being an expert on the subject, so take it FWIW.

Loved it but will have to see it again. They even did a pretty good job with Catwoman who is mahbe my least favorite Batman comic book character.

Saw it in Imax, but was too close to one of the sound effect speakers making it very difficult to hear sone of the dialogue, including Bane.

The teaser trailer for Man of Steel is very cool.
