Good, the Rangers will be a worse team after this trade than before. Their depth will take a hit. Columbus is not targeting the Rags' scrubs. Sather's just being good old Sather again!..

I don't think they will trade Stepan. I'd think Dubinsky 1st Thomas Miller. Which is an overpay.

The Rangers still have plenty of cap room even if the cap goes down.

Dubinsky's stock is so low after last year, I'm not sure he'd be included in the trade, other than possibly being a 2nd or 3rd piece to one of their good youngsters (McDonaugh if CBJ are lucky, possibly Del Zotto, Hagelin, Stepan, etc.).
