They got a pretty good lineup tonight. Josefson, Teddy, Henrique, Larsson, Hrabarenka, Urbom, Whitney, Pesonen, Butler, and Kinkaid

“I think winning against them in the big stage, not just for me, but for the fans of New Jersey, people that are supporting us and always take a second seat to these guys for whatever reason, now they’ve got to be pretty happy going to work and going to school and doing all their things that they do." - Martin Brodeur

I read on twitter that there was some sort of dirty play. What happened exactly?
Sestito hip-checked Petrecki, he got up and started punching Sestito, who didn't take his gloves off or anything - then Urbom skated in, engaged with Mashinter as a kind of 'hey, stay out of this', and Mashinter sucker punched him. I don't think Petrecki took his gloves off either which is, I suppose, how he avoided a 2 5 and 10.

Both looked good. The top guys were a lot more noticeable tonight. tedenby had another decent game too. I also thought Butler played his best game tonight. How have Larsson and Josefson looked?

That's good. I know it's tough to judge after 3 games and against inferior completion, but does it look like his shot release and first step have improved?Larsson in particular just doesn't belong in this league.

For me, the one thing that's setting him apart from everyone else in the A is his poise and control in his own zone. He just never seems to get flustered out there and always finds a way to make the right play, not to mention his first pass looks as good as ever. That's good. I know it's tough to judge after 3 games and against inferior completion, but does it look like his shot release and first step have improved?

haha yeah he is!Jacob Josefson, future 50 goal scorer.
but in all honesty, i think ive been more impressed with JJ than henrique so far. I dont know if thats a bad or good thing. Hopefully it just means that JJ got alot better and not that henrique is having a sophmore slump.
