Seriously though, if they were to go instrumental I would want them to bring back the Yanni intro, or I would be in favor of just doing Bitter End by The Veer Union again like in the Playoffs.

Japandroids are awesome.
Explosions in the Sky could work. I feel like we are going to be stuck with too much dub step in the arena. It's a fad with some cool songs...but gets old quick.
Deadmau5 has some great slow build songs with great beats.

So I somehow stumbled upon this band I never heard of. I think it would be awesome for the Devils to use as an intro. It's similar to what they used for the playoffs..
And I think this would be awesome for the Devils Dancers to dance to, just need to take out the verses where he mumbles.

While we're on the topic of intro music, how awesome was the intro for each playoff game of the 2011-2012 Playoffs? Between clips of the previous cups, the hit on Kariya, Brodeur's empty netter, Henrique's Game 7 OT winner against Florida, Poni's Game 3 OT goal against Philly, and Henrique's ECF game 6 winner, I had chills to start every game.

I absolutely loved the Nine Inch Nails instrumental opening prior to the second intro before every playoff game. I think they should do that before every regular season game with a different song.
