For the sake of entertaining a doomsday scenario in a lost year....Imagine if Kovalchuk did pull a move like that and Zajac signs with Winnipeg after this year. Then the last game of the SCF last year would've been their last game as Devils along with Parise. Helluva way to lose an entire line.Hes a star there, music videos and well known in public. What if he doesn't want to come back?
Yes, I know this isn't going to happen.

If we've learned one thing following this team, it's to never say never

Kovy has two dance moves and one is the fist pump. He'll be back. The Jersey is strong with this one.

of the Devils' mascot, NJ Devil, and
of all mascots far and wide.IT IS VERY HARD TO WIN ONE STANLEY CUP, FORGET ABOUT THREE... and maybe it's high time some of you actually APPRECIATED THAT instead of treating it like it's some flipping birthright because for some random reason you rooted for the damn Devils!!!!!

Isn't Kovy's wife a Russian pop star? I thought I read that somewhere.
“I think winning against them in the big stage, not just for me, but for the fans of New Jersey, people that are supporting us and always take a second seat to these guys for whatever reason, now they’ve got to be pretty happy going to work and going to school and doing all their things that they do." - Martin Brodeur
