My day is made. In Lou we Trust!
Guess my next jersey will be Zajac's!
I was thinking the same thing! I still need to find a way to get rid of my Parise jersey or have the stuff changed.

The New Jersey Devils win Stanley Cups everywhere:
-NHL record for most road wins in the playoffs - 10-1 in '95 and 10-2 in '00
-NHL record for most home wins in the playoffs - 12-1 in '03

Then again, lockers probably mean nothing and we should just be happy that we have a #1 Center for a long time

Yeah, what does that dipsh!t Lou know about anything? What a zilch he is. If only he scoured more message boards, he'd have a better handle on how to do his job.
If you don't think his routine of waiting until 7/1 to resign our own guys has cost us players....I don't know what to tell you.

Him getting the 'C' makes much more sense to me than Salvador

A lot of big names get to UFA for many teams. It's not like it only happens to the Devils. It costs EVERYONE players.
Losing Parise stings, sure, but not at 13 years and $98 million it doesn't. Who else are you upset about the Devils losing through the years?
[Mark Messier]: A big, bald attention whore with a stupid Easter Island-lookin face. - from who else? DaneykoIsGod!
Even when Marty comes back maybe Larry should put Clemmensen to be on the goal during the shootouts.
Can the coach do that ? Switch the goalies 5 seconds to go in overtime? - Most priceless quote ever posted on a message board.
Martin Brodeur: THE MOST ALL-TIME WINS!, 12 straight seasons of 30+ wins, 3 Stanley Cups, 4 Vezina Trophies, and zero respect from too many so-called Devils "fans" who are either too young or too bandwagon to remember the much darker days of Sean Burke, Craig Billington, Bob Sauve, Alain Chevrier, and the talented but overwhelmed Chico Resch, among many others.
It's easy to support a great player when he's playing at his very best. It takes a true fan to support that same player during those rare moments and stretches when he's not. Babe Ruth went 0-4 some games, and sometimes Wayne Gretzky was held pointless. There may be such a thing as greatness, but no such thing as absolute perfection every single night.

Hello fellow American. This you should vote me. I leave power. Good. Thank you, thank you. If you vote me, I'm hot. What? Taxes, they'll be lower... son. The Democratic vote is the right thing to do Philadelphia, so do.
How do you spot risk? How do you avoid risk? And what makes it so risky?

they're just embarrassing themselves and at the same time saying Grabovski's a good deal for the same $. Even Wyshynski (a devils fan who didn't know Henrique killed penalties) says he didn't like it.

And it isn't like Lou tried many times to lock Zach up. The difference is Zach and his agents knew he'd get the world in free agency. Travis doesn't. And this deal is too good for Travis to pass up on, especially after he missed pretty much all of last season. This contract is more about the future than what Travis has done in the past imo.

"The Stanley Cup has fallen from the Stars. The new millennium has its first Stanley Cup Champion, and it's the New Jersey Devils." Mike Miller calling the Devils winning the Stanley Cup.
"It goes to the captain and then there are handoffs during a skate around the ice" Mike Emrick as Scott Stevens is being presented the Stanley Cup.
