It's a shame we traded him for Steckel. Having him in NJ last year would've been cool...Elias, Arnott, and Sykora back in NJ and in the Cup Finals again together.

To be fair, Arnott was slowing down a lot and the pick that came with steckel was the only useful part of the Zidlicky trade.

Maybe so, but he skates like he just sh!t himself. He's slower than a dead tortoise.He had 17 goals last year with St. Louis...still pretty productive for the price.

I think it's good for Arnott. I wouldn't want him - this way he's near where he wishes he was playing, making money friends close by. I think it's great, the first good former Devils signing I think Rangers have made.

Meh. He's 38, slow...34 total points last year and now he's even older. His SOG total have declined every year over the past 3 seasons. He's very close to being done.
