And with tonight's 2 goals the "boneheaded minor leaguer" equalled and then surpassed Sean Avery's career goal total...in 190 fewer games.

Power play has been amazing, PK has been solid as of now, and moose has been an absolute stone wall. It was worth the wait to see NJ play like this. A true team effort. Even Zids can get some love tonight.

The thing that had also helped NJ this season is that they have been getting out of this world goaltending from Marty and moose. They have really turned back the clock and put in some excellent efforts.
