Okay so you can figure out while Pominville's standing in the slot where he's going to shoot the puck? The guy could be standing there for twenty seconds, it wouldn't make a difference. Our PP was so bad they probably would have let him stand there for twenty seconds.

No you don't know where it's going but u should play it aggressively, come of and cut down the angle for Christ sakes. Don't just loaf around

The last thing in the world I want Moose doing is coming out of the net.  He's fine when he stays in the blue paint, it's when he gets out that disaster happens.

 

And what angle was he going to cut down, he was in the middle of the ice?

Can't say we didn't see it coming. 2-3 really soft penalties went against Buffalo this period. I knew we were going to get ours soon..

 

But yeah, wish the refs didn't have to play keep-up all game. Just don't call stupid soft calls, period.

refs are terrible but we also got some PPs out of some weak calls. sometime it goes your way sometime it doesnt

loktionov is not a first line center and its showing. always fumbling pucks and giving it away. it sucks kovi has to be on a line with matteau and loktionov, hes getting very few chances

do u know what cutting off the angle means? U come out to the top of the crease, gives the shooter less room to put the puck. I'm not saying dive out of the net or anything, just do a routine play. He has no reaction to that play, just decided to lundqvist and sit back as far as he could
