Greene got burned playing the pass and failing on the 4th goal - though to his credit it, it was done to perfection by Toronto. Blame Moose on goal 1, Moose/Elias on goal 2, Moose/Fayne on goal 3. Bottom line is Moose just isn't getting it done and he's not picking up his teammates when they need him to.

 

Young players taking bad penalties in the 3rd period didn't help the Devils cause.

That Buffalo game was infuriating.

This game is just discouraging. They could've easily been up in this game had they not hit the multiple posts, and Moose made a couple more routine saves.

The devils are a very fragile group right now and having the Swedish Sieve 2.0 in net is not helping.

I hope PDB doesn't blame this loss on Lokti because of that penalty.

He needs to, at least privately, acknowledge Moose just hasn't gotten it done. Time for a move Lou, bring in a goalie.

No because at least Sutter for all the ills he had, didn't waste weeks ****ing around with Weekes when he wasn't getting the job done and gave Clemmensen the opportunity.  It's to the point where if Marty's out longer than another day or two they have to give Kinkaid 'multiple' starts to see if he can contribute.

Pete can't start Moose tomorrow, it's going to be really ugly if he does.  A la Moose's first start when he got lit up against the Sabres and Langs was ripping the crowd for booing Moose.

I know we all hate moose now, but the fact is he's a backup. He's the kind of guy that thrives on starts here or there. He's needs to sit and Marty isn't ready yet.

I'd like to see kinkaid tomorrow, but I'm afraid the team won't support him either.
