Why is it legal for the Habs to cross check 15 seconds after the whistle?

Volechenkov has been terrible. Elias can't settle down the puck and Montreal has been diving, holding and cross checking our players behind the play all period with no calls.
To add the Montreal fans are their usual jackass selves again at the rock.

Yeah, the Clarkson penalty was a joke, especially after all the nonsense from two Habs roughing. Officiating background check needed on these "Typical Montreal" calls.

Also classy move by the Habs not coming out for the ceremony. I know they don't have to but the devils scheduled it for this game for a reason. I remember I think I was rod Brindamore made the canes watch the Stevens retirement ceremony. Said they needed to show respect to one of the greats.

I'm with Lemaire on this... DEVS loosing 70% of the faceoffs tonight, just turnovers you have to defend against and destroys PP.
No wonder there's a lack of scoring.
