Gotta admit, I was worried about Marty's chances to get into the Hall of Fame until last night. Sure, more wins than anyone else, more games played than anyone else, more shutouts, four Vezinas, three Cups, second all-time in playoff wins, so good with the puck in his own end that rules were added to combat that ability...but would that all be enough? Now that he's also the leading goal-scoring goaltender of all time, no more worries. Into the Hall he shall go!
And yes, the above was sarcastic, because someone was bound to miss that.

It's easy to support a great player when he's playing at his very best. It takes a true fan to support that same player during those rare moments and stretches when he's not. Babe Ruth went 0-4 some games, and sometimes Wayne Gretzky was held pointless. There may be such a thing as greatness, but no such thing as absolute perfection every single night.
