There is nothing illegal about yelling "you suck" in a public place. It is free speech. If you tried to have someone arrested for saying that, you would get laughed at. I can say anything I want that may offend you, but if I say something that entices others to violence, that is where it crosses from free speech to being a hate speech and therefore a crime. Saying you suck does not and never will qualify as hate speech.
However, the Prudential Center is not a public place. At best it is semi-public, and you are subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the team and/or arena management.
They can change the goal song every game...if people want to say you suck during the song, they will find a way to do it and the devils really can't do much to stop it.
You Suck by itself, you're fine. But if you chant You Suck, and act in a way and start causing a ruckus in a public place, that would be disorderly conduct which is in fact a crime.
