2-0 Rags. I will say this- very nice that St. Louis scored on Mother's Day after what he's been through. I obviously want the Rags to lose in the worst way, but I felt good for him to score a goal for his mom on Mother's Day.

Byslma sucks and couldn't coach his way out of a wet paper bag. Why put Crosby and Malkin together? Split them up and have the best 1-2 punch in the league.

Lou please get Cory signed so I can get rid of this nagging feeling that MAF might somehow become the Devils' starting goalie in 2015-16.

THE NHL MUST LOVE THE DEVILS - from who else? A RANGER fan!
[Mark Messier]: A big, bald attention whore with a stupid Easter Island-lookin face. - from who else? DaneykoIsGod!

Even when Marty comes back maybe Larry should put Clemmensen to be on the goal during the shootouts.
Can the coach do that ? Switch the goalies 5 seconds to go in overtime?
- Most priceless quote ever posted on a message board.

Martin Brodeur: THE MOST ALL-TIME WINS!, 12 straight seasons of 30+ wins, 3 Stanley Cups, 4 Vezina Trophies, and zero respect from too many so-called Devils "fans" who are either too young or too bandwagon to remember the much darker days of Sean Burke, Craig Billington, Bob Sauve, Alain Chevrier, and the talented but overwhelmed Chico Resch, among many others.

It's easy to support a great player when he's playing at his very best. It takes a true fan to support that same player during those rare moments and stretches when he's not. Babe Ruth went 0-4 some games, and sometimes Wayne Gretzky was held pointless. There may be such a thing as greatness, but no such thing as absolute perfection every single night.

Agree, that guy must be going through hell right now.  At the end of the day, he's a human being and he's hurting.  I feel for him.

The Penguins look all too willing to roll over for the storyline.  They'll probably pay for giving away these two games in Game 7.

But yeah I was kinda hoping he'd get a big goal tonight too.

I'm more worried about Schnieder being the Penguin goalie lol...but yeah either way they gotta get this **** done.

The New Jersey Devils win Stanley Cups everywhere:
-NHL record for most road wins in the playoffs - 10-1 in '95 and 10-2 in '00
-NHL record for most home wins in the playoffs - 12-1 in '03

Could be one of those "trades" that isn't really a trade (each UFA signing with the other one's former team).  Not going to lie, it's a scenario that haunts me, even if it's all far from being a slamdunk.

He's actually been pretty good in must-wins (like Game 7s), but hasn't been so good in winning games when the Rangers have a chance to add to a series lead.

Gun to my head if I had to predict who might be the Devils goalie if the Schnieder thing blew up...for some reason (his playoff success against us) Cam Ward comes to mind.  Which would probably be uglier than Fleury even.

Pierre can whine all he wants about Krieder getting pushed into Fleury but he also made no effort to avoid hitting Fleury and also extended his arm into his head.

The correct call should have been incidental contact and no goal.
