I live in canada so gamecenter is decent but i still get blackouts once in awhile when the game is on tv....

Thing is, not everyone have cable or the chanels. I mostly watch the game at the office so theres no cable at all so im fvcked.

Theres also peole whos only turnin on the tv to watch hockey and nothing else... Not worth getting cable almost but then if the game is on tv they cant watch it on gamecenter (their only subscription)

Its just plain stupid

There are several dead-zones for each team.  Happens somewhere in Rockland County in NY and part of Connecticut, too.  I recently bought a new house and moved, have also become a cord cutter.  Bought a Roku for my non-smart tv, and an antenna.  Get hockey through a pay app that doesnt have any blackouts.
