Last month the OHL coaches poll came out and Blandisi ranked as the number one playmaker, 3rd fastest skater, 3rd best shot, and 3rd best PKer (10 shg) in the eastern conference. Very promising, hope he pans out at least into a bottom 6 guy.

I'm still skeptical about Blandisi because of his age, he should be dominating juniors.

In my opinion, Kujawinski is the much more exciting prospect.

I thought he was a Sophmore this season.  We would hold his rights for 2 more years if that is correct.  I would expect him to return to BC for his junior season and sign his entry level deal after that.

The NB-Barrie series sounds like a doozy

It's too bad it's not on the NHL Network, though I completely understand why they chose the Erie-London series.

He is going back for his junior season, which makes a lot of sense given how much time he missed this past year. They hold his rights for 30 days after he officially leaves college or until August 15 following his senior year. I expect him to sign after next season though.

Yeah, been brought up before, way overage.  He's two to three years older than many OHL players.  He'll find the AHL to be a tad more challenging.

THE NHL MUST LOVE THE DEVILS - from who else? A RANGER fan!
[Mark Messier]: A big, bald attention whore with a stupid Easter Island-lookin face. - from who else? DaneykoIsGod!

Even when Marty comes back maybe Larry should put Clemmensen to be on the goal during the shootouts.
Can the coach do that ? Switch the goalies 5 seconds to go in overtime?
- Most priceless quote ever posted on a message board.

Martin Brodeur: THE MOST ALL-TIME WINS!, 12 straight seasons of 30+ wins, 3 Stanley Cups, 4 Vezina Trophies, and zero respect from too many so-called Devils "fans" who are either too young or too bandwagon to remember the much darker days of Sean Burke, Craig Billington, Bob Sauve, Alain Chevrier, and the talented but overwhelmed Chico Resch, among many others.

It's easy to support a great player when he's playing at his very best. It takes a true fan to support that same player during those rare moments and stretches when he's not. Babe Ruth went 0-4 some games, and sometimes Wayne Gretzky was held pointless. There may be such a thing as greatness, but no such thing as absolute perfection every single night.

Some scouts still really like him because he was a ppg player as an 18 year old and he worked on his skillset since then and transformed his game, especially his skating. We will see, I am high on him because we need a damn blue chip prospect haha and it seems like ever since Colorado didn't sign him it lit a fire under his ass.

It's wishful thinking I know.

Nice goal.  Doesn't Lou have to sign him, or he goes back into the draft?

Fiesty, which of our prospects likely to turn pro next fall?  This is of course if they get a contract.
