Honestly I didn't expect Stevens to come back - and even if he did it would not be the Stevens we all remember.

I still expect Scotty to come back, he's in game shape. i've seen him myself personally. He looks great. 
Well i guess these aren't bad signings, but I expect to see a trade, we have oooodles of defensemen.
So White, who else and a draft pick for Thornton and Boynton?

Your assuming Stevens doesn't come back. From everything I've read, I don't think Brown was a two way deal, why waste that salary?

Well some good news to go with today's bad news.
But too bad, I always wanted to remember McGillis as the guy who let Elias lift his stick and then stuff in the series-winner back in 2000.

We deffinently shouldve made more signings when better players were availible. I know we had to save money for what we offered nieds but he kinda screwed us right now and even in the long run.

Quite possibly? I'd say by far and away the worst d-lineup.
On paper it could be the worst since the 90-91 devils. If i remember right they had driver, kasatonov, weinrich, daneyko and fetisov. the following year they had stevens so i would definitely say that D was better than this years.
