I don't know if you can do animated avatars, but maybe you could try putting one on Shockey!

Save that pic to your computer, and assuming you know where to go to actually change it...click on Browse and point to where you saved that picture and click Open. Then click Update Avatar and voila!
This is how big your signature should be. Any larger and you are compensating.

Click My Controls
on the left hand side under Personal Profile there is an option to Edit Avatar Settings
now, you can either enter the URL of your new avatar (they are hosted by photobucket, unless I exceed my bandwith you should be good)
or you can upload the avatar -- in order to do this, you have to have the picture saved to your computer. So, all you need to do is right click your santa avatar, and depending on your browser, you *should* just have to "Save Image As..."
After you make your selection, click UPDATE AVATAR and you're good to go!
Note: Avatars may not show up right away -- you can either wait it out or clear your cache, the avatar WILL show up though.
