Somers just said they're probably moving game 1 to Saturday and game 2 to Monday.
OH GOD PLEASE let this be true!!! I am going to the Preds games 1 & 2 Friday at 7pm and Sunday at 12pm.

Somers just said they're probably moving game 1 to Saturday and game 2 to Monday.
Let this not be true - I'm out of town for half the weekend and won't be able to see a game, and I'd rather have it be Game 2 than Game 1.
Unless Game 1 is on Saturday afternoon.

I dont understand why this is so hard. You would think they would have schedules for all possible scenarios ready to go.
Far be it for me to defend the NHL but honestly there were like six different scenarios just involving the Atlantic Division teams and basically all of them were possible in the last three hours - any one of the Atlantic teams could have played the Sabres and every one of the Atlantic teams could have been home against any of the others. There were also a couple different scenarios involving Ottawa and Carolina with Montreal and Tampa. They did have the advantage of the West playoffs being all set but I would imagine dealing with two different networks also plays into it as well.

If they move game 1 to Saturday, it'll probably be at 3 on NBC. I'm okay with this, because it'll allow me to attend my weekly Friday night poker game.
