Tonight's show will shift back to the regular time running from 8:05-9 PM.

I won't say too much. But if you are around, I'd try to tune in early. :lol:

Aside from breaking down why the Devils swept the Rangers, we'll also be discussing other playoff series and possibly a potential 2nd round match-up that could be looming for the Devils.

Also, anyone is welcome to give us a call and talk Devils or whatever you want.

Please do. We'd love to hear from ya:

Posted Image of the Devils' mascot, NJ Devil, and Posted Image of all mascots far and wide.

IT IS VERY HARD TO WIN ONE STANLEY CUP, FORGET ABOUT THREE... and maybe it's high time some of you actually APPRECIATED THAT instead of treating it like it's some flipping birthright because for some random reason you rooted for the damn Devils!!!!! Posted Image

Eh. There really wouldn't have been as much time for calls as it turned out. Greg was on with us for almost two segments. Maybe the final seg would have worked but instead we discussed some other series.

Hey Joe, you mentioned Elias possibly going to the Rangers. Well Elias and Sykora aren't best friends. I don't think they even talk anymore. There were some quotes from Elias saying he hadn't talked to him in a year and that was in 2003.

I know Elias and Havlat are best friends and they talk almost everyday though.

"The Stanley Cup has fallen from the Stars. The new millennium has its first Stanley Cup Champion, and it's the New Jersey Devils." Mike Miller calling the Devils winning the Stanley Cup.

"It goes to the captain and then there are handoffs during a skate around the ice" Mike Emrick as Scott Stevens is being presented the Stanley Cup.

Like I said on the show: it ain't the Brokeback Hockey relationship that Selanne and Kariya had. Elias is going to be a Devil unless there's a financial opportunity he can't ingore -- say, from the Leafs perhaps?

<JESTER>

PS -- Thanks to the boys. It was a lot of fun.

Yeah Greg. I was going to say something to Joe about that but never got a chance to. Their relationship has changed.

I think Elias is a phenomenal player. But I am iffy on seeing him wear Ranger colors.

Btw I think my favorite part of the interview was the whole Fox glow puck and robot discussion. LOL

Plus the shootout talk. :evil:
