When I come to the site the icon to the left of the address in the address bar is no longer the Devils logo. Also, the logo in the favorites section for this site is no longer the Devils logo either. What should I do to set it back to the Devils logo?

Actually, it's the old NJDevs logo. 
Try deleting the bookmark from your favorites and re-adding it. I just tested this in IE6 and at first the logo wasn't there, but then when I added the site as a favorite, the logo showed up in the bookmark. Clicking on the newly-created bookmark brought the logo back to the address bar.

of the Devils' mascot, NJ Devil, and 
of all mascots far and wide.IT IS VERY HARD TO WIN ONE STANLEY CUP, FORGET ABOUT THREE... and maybe it's high time some of you actually APPRECIATED THAT instead of treating it like it's some flipping birthright because for some random reason you rooted for the damn Devils!!!!!

I tried but it still is not working. I am getting a icon with an eye in the middle, and another website that I visit is getting a Devils icon.

Usually when the icons go all screwy like that on me, I just reboot and it tends to fix itself. Sometimes I go for days without rebooting my laptop (instead I just close the cover which puts it into suspend mode) and after a while it just starts acting weird. For whatever reason, Windows needs to be rebooted fairly regularly.
Now, if you're the type of person who turns their PC off every night, this might not apply to you. Try rebooting anyway and see if that helps.
