How can I change my password? And my sig....?
I had to e-mail for a new password and cannot figure it out.

Not sure what was up with your sig. I edited it so that it displays correctly, though.
To change your password, go into "My Controls", and in the sidebar on the left, down near the bottom, there will be a "Change Password" link.

Below the site banner, there's a red bar (with the slogans and such). Below that red bar, there are some options -- My Albums, My Controls, View New Posts, My Assistant, etc. Click My Controls, then change your password.
