Arizona at Washington:
What to look for
Arziona is a MESS at the QB position and Washington is playing as good and solid football as anyone in the NFC…. The Cardinals get a break with the weather being nice (80 and sunny)… but that’s the only break they’re gonna get… for the Cards to win they’re gonna need one sick ass game from Edge and I can’t see it being enough (game quality level **, there is talent here)
Falcons at Saints:
What to look for
Oh the pain in this one!! Two of the league’s flat out WORST going at it (and oh yes they do it AGAIN this season.. *cringe*) the Falcones are stopping to Byron Letwich at QB, hoping the black QB thing has some success for them… and the Saints are actually trying for that mythical thing called a winning streak… I have no faith in the Falcons at this point…so look for the Satins to open the floodgates on the Falcons (yes I need to make Hurricane puns.. deal with it!!) (quality level *, for seeing Rich Leuchs suffer with his QB in Drew Mailbu Bay Brees)
Ravens at Bills:
What to look for
Psychiatric help, if you choose this game to enjoy on your precious Sunday Afternoon!... good god this is as bad as the NFL Gets… so Brian will whine to wanna watch it I guess… Willis McGahee returns home to Buffalo and with as amazingly average as he’s been (in fact most of the traded RB’s may want to be sent back return to sender the way they’ve been this year).. the Ravens may wanna leave him up there… sadly the RB is the only spot on the Bills that looks secure this year.. first one to score in this one wins it.. watch as little as possible (quality level *)
Patriots at Miami:
What to look for
The NFL’s biggest rout in history was 72-0.. this record could be in jeopardy in this game… we all know Belichicken lacks the decency to take the foot off the gas, and thanks to the damn Jets and spygate thing.. the Pats have declared all out war on the NFL and the unwritten rules on running up the score… and to be honest the Dolphins got nothing.. and the only reason I’d not take the Pats is if I was giving 30 points… and like I said… I am rooting for Miami to go 0-16 25 years after the perfect season the other way! (quality *)
49ers at Giants:
What to look for
The 49ers get Alex Smith back… so the offense goes from a disgrace to almost just bad… I dunno.. you’d like to think the Giants smack the 9ers around at every lone position… but you just know with the normal Giants means they fall flat in one or two of these games… but they’ve played more unifed under Coughlin (makes you wonder what an ass Tiki Barber was in the locker room eh)… no one has come out and said anything stupid… and I;ve not even seen Mike Tyson’s twin (Strahan) mouth off… I wanna make a case for the niners… but I got nothing… (quality *½)
Tampa Bay at Detroit:
What to look for
The Bucs have lead a charmed life so far this season, and more so with the rest of that divison being HORRID at this point… but the Lions too have had a lot going for them, and at home John Kitna actually plays and acts like a real NFL QB (then again… if Testaverde can start….).. I expect a lot of points and Tampa trying hard to keep up… but it ain’t gonna be enough (quality **½)
Titans at Houston:
What to look for
Damn an actual interesting game!! Will Vince Young play? I’d think so.. if he doesn’t this game fits the cluster of all the other 1pm games (GOOD WEEK TO PICK TO SHOW BRIAN!!)… the Texans got their face beat in by the Jags last week and need to respond… but the Titans can run just as hard and ruthlessly at you as well… if Young is healthy I just see them being too good for the Texans at this point (quality ***, if Young plays)
4pm:
Chiefs at Raiders:
What to look for
Defense? Running? Not much done in the air… these teams are a bit alike.. one by personnel (Raiders), one by design (Chiefs)… the Chiefs have the better weapons (Bowe and Gonzo as well as LJ)… but the moron calling the plays hurts here (though he seems to have more of a game plan for his team then the idiot running the Jets now), but I get the feeling the Raiders have some bounce back after getting housed by the Chargers last week… and losing two in a row in this divison is rough and only reserved for the pathetic Broncos! (quality **1/2, could be GOOD)
Jets at Bengals:
What to look for
Oh please oh please Chad.. get your end zone dance back… oh I mean Johnson… not Pennington (if I was Arizona I so would have thrown a 2nd round pick at him to have him throw the ball high and soft to my stud receivers)… I think the Bengals have shown a bit of maturity in the face of the awful start they have had this year.. and they’re gonna take it out on the Jets who really have no clue what’s going on anywhere on that team now…when in doubt I take desperate over lost (well unless it’s closing time)… (quality **1/2 )
Vikings at Dallas:
What to look for
Gotta think the Cowboys will have a little chip on their shoulder after the Pats debacle last week… and as good as the Vikings…. Well no… Adrian Peterson… looked last week… the Bears defense is a soft and beaten fraud this year and I’m not buying on them making any kind of save their season run (though they will win this week)… the Cowboys are mad, and they will try to get even pouncing on the Vikings… hey Owens may even catch a pass or two this week!! (quality **½)
Bears at Eagles:[/u]
What to look for
One team ends the pain and now.. the other team just prolongs the delusion of saving their season this week… both have equally as dangerous playmakers (Hester vs Westbrook)… but the Eagles only win when there is a hideous eye damaging blue uniform on the field… that ain’t this week…I kinda expect the Bears D to hassle McNabb (who is finished too thanks) and just smack the Eagles into coming apart at the seams!! (quality ***, the playmakers will make you keep an eye on this one and there’s not a LOT this week)
Rams at Seattle:
What to look for
Seattle’s been embarrassed two weeks in a row… can it sink any lower and can the awful Rams with their second team offense put a hurting on them? Scary enough… I think it could be possible… I don’t love Seattle in this one… but the Rams are putrid at best… this could be scary, but if Seattle doesn’t win this game they should cut their wrists after going 0 for 3 on 3:39 of power play time! (quality **, could be entertaining at least)

Pittsburgh at Denver:
What to look for
Oh the ways the Steelers can smash the piss out of the Bronco overrated defense in this one… it’s not gonna be pretty folks…no Javon Walker… Travis Henry is a suspension waiting to happen… and Shanahan is still coaching this overrated batch of losers, while the Steelers are just going to want to keep chopping (quality ****, just because I love seeing that weasel squirm on the sidelines!)
Monday:
Colts at Jaguars:
What to look for
Damn you ESPN for having the game of the week here… this should be a GODO game… the in your face offense of the Jags (David Garrard… NO interceptions)… vs the all over the place offense in the Colts… the defenses and teams get all fired up for this one… and as football fans so should we !!! (quality ****)
