Question for the 49ers fan: What has happened with Vernon Davis? I thought this guy would be a big time stud at TE...is it the QB issues that are plaguing Vernon?

This has to be part with those Wide Receivers(Starting with Ashley Lelie..) Their O-line, injuries to Gore, and due to poor O-line play, Alex Smith is regressing(ALSO.... Losing one of the best O.Coordinators in the NFl, in Norv Torner, is really somehow hurt your team...) So.. Poor O.Coordinator calling, and mix-up all those reasons.. That's why that OFF is so dreadful.

I thought Vernon Davis did "ok" so far in this season... Compare to the other players perfomance on the OFF :puke:

BTW, LOTCB... Do you believe in Bills making the Playoffs? :P, They'll have a tought match-up against the Dolphins :uni: :whistling: :D

Actually I think it will be a tough matchup: Listen, Miami has some good vets on that team, they have been embarrassed by the 0-8 start, they want to win bad...they are due in a sense..and this is a division game...no secrets here...I think the key will be how the game starts..Bills need to get out to a lead...17-7 something like that...perhaps Miami will then become more frustrated. The Bills have not earned any right to overlook any opponents...not by a longshot

If the Bills beat Miami, lose to New England and then win at Jacksonville...and they will then be 6-5 with a tiebreaker edge over the Jags..then at that moment will I even consider the playoffs an option...until then, I am just enjoying the progress of the young players (Lynch, McCargo, Whitner etc)

To date this could be the best week of football we're going to have... and the worst one too looking at some games :P... but anyway... it's a damn shame I'm gonna be stuck a mile away from where I wanna be... damn I love my nieces ... anyway... time to get pumped up and ready!!!!!!

Sunday November 11:
Chiefs at Broncos:

What to look for:
Always a good game (and usually the good game that was a battle for the playoffs while back in the day we were stick watching the 2-10 Jets and the 3-9 Colts and you wonder why I have the hatred.).. but this time the Broncos are just in a freefall only one win at home and injuries and suspensions all over this vaunted offense (well vaunted in Shanahans little empty mind) and the Chiefs may have the story of the year brewing in the re-debut of former fantasy football ICON, Priest Holmes. Ill be seeing some highlights here!! Rating ** 1/2

Bills at Dolphins:
What to look for:
The Dolphins are unwatchably bad, and Ill save the talking them up to the Paranoid Ills fan (though I want credit for fixing this team with the BUFFALO STINKS incident!) but as long as Marshawn Lynch gets first downs and JP Losman tosses that soft long ball that Lee Evans can run under, then its an EASY win for the Bills I can see him cringe as I say that. Its DAMN NEAR A LOCK!! Rating *

Vikings at Packers:
What to look for:
Can the Packers stop Adrian Peterson? (Damn I hope not!) hell imagine if the Packers had been able to draft him theyd be unstoppable (seriously), but Brooks Bollinger at the QB?? *cringe* (whats worse is stats-wise, hes been the best of the worst QBs out there) Packers are still rolling but the Packers are only 1-1 in the division (how do you go 8 games and only play TWO division games?)man my sister picked the wrong weekend to have this party. Rating **

Browns at Steelers:
What to look for:
GAME OF THE WEEK!! (Stupid hype machines overblowing the Dallas-Giant game)
This one could be a HUGE game the Steelers havent really beaten anyone and the last time they played the Browns, the Browns realizes what a pile of ass Charlie Frye us and traded his ass! And ever since, the Browns have become THE fun story in the NFL!! Im really pumped up for this one AND THANK GOD THE JETS ARE OFF cause I will sooo have this one on at the Garlic Rose on Sunday as I help with the birthday shenanigans! (least I hope CBS gives us this game) Rating *** 1/2

Rams at Satins:
What to look for:
Gah, all of a sudden Im glad I wont be at the bar thinking about this game :P.. this one wont be pretty but with the Rams sorta having Steven Jackson available, they can still be dangerous.. the Saints are on a roll and Drew Brees got his sh!t on straight and why the hell am I taking this game serious?? No one else is! This game deserves no rating!

Jaguars at Titans:
What to look for:
David Garrard is trying to play Byron Leftwich and hurry his ass back in tie to get to this game (Jesus there are some GOOD football games this week) and the Jaguars if they want delusions of winning this division (how sad is it that the Pats have more wins then the Divison combined but the Texans at 5 losses have more losses then the rest of the AFC Central combined!) the Jags really need this game, and with the Browns rolling also theres not much chance that 3 teams from this division will end up in the playoffs so its either man up and whip some ass or move to the AFC West, good luck with that and better luck stopping this monster run attack in Jacksonville! Rating ***

Eagles at Redskins:
What to look for:
Well after both of my teams buried both of Philys relevant teams (ah I do love saying that!) the Eagles are damn near close to saying this season is DONE, while the Redskins may win ugly, but they WIN, and its amazing how a team can be so successful but yet have ZERONONE.. ZILCH in end zone production from the WRs like they are I do think you can blame the billion dollar coaching staff for that one! But the Redskins can pound the ball and thats enough to beat up on them dreadful Eagles! Rating *

Atlanta at Carolina:
What to look for:
Oh sweet Jesus, why as an NFL fan would you do this to yourself?? This is not football of quality well unless DeAngelo Hall and Steve Smith bust out in a Celebrity Death Match!!! There is some talent in this game, but both sides suck at what they do Id highly recommend AVOIDING this game Rating

4pm:
Bengals at Ravens:

What to look for:
A gut-less heart-less waste of a team against a washed up defense and sterile offense oh boy oh boy!! The one thing Carson Palmer is good for though is pouncing on the done and deflated Ravens, and I see no reason for this one to be different as we stick a big chunky nail through the face and coffin of Herman Munster (aka Brian Billick) I do hope he gets another job cause I LOVE watching him go postal on the sidelines!!! Rating 1

Bears at Raiders:
What to look for:
Umm oh boyyuck its funny when all the good teams hook up boy the bad teams just get UGLY, the Bears cant do anything right and the Raiders are shuffling the deck like its the world series of Poker and then some. The Bears are even talking about putting Grossman BACK IN oi vey oh the pain here this will be a short NFL Gameday write up I think. Rating * (for potential comic relief!)

Lions at Arizona:
What to look for:
Its funny how the Lions are now what the Cardinals have tried to be for years.. and they did it in only a few short years explosive, dangerous receivers all over the place, good running game and balance all over the place and big fat guy lineman rumbling for six!! While the Cardinals are a TOTAL disaster no one can stay healthy under center.. and the only saving grace for them this year is the solid season from Edgarrin James and even that aint too much Rating *

Cowboys at Giants:
What to look for:
Another good solid game this week and thankfully a game I can still watch at the party, and I think by now we all know the match-ups here Dallas offense vs Giants front line is the Dallas defense really as improved as theyve seemed will Tank Johnson help? Rating ***

8pm:
Colts at San Diego:

What to look for:
Just when you started to think the Chargers were ok they come out and play like sweaty gym-rat ass.. and I really cant make a case for the paper-soft, uninspired effort you get from them this year and how Ted Catrell has RUINED their defense (I have a soft spot for Norv Turner because of the vintage Cowboys II offense I have trouble killing him) but you gotta think each disheartening loss only ups the price tag on Bill Cowler next year.Rating **

Monday Nov. 12:
49ers at Seattle:

What to look for:
Um, so whats on Raw after the Devils game?? This game is gonna be on MUTE on my computer :P this is unwatchable the 49ers have been as bad as the hell forum after a Devils loss and thats being mild dont get me wrong, the Seahawks are putrid too (and them lying down was the cause of the rebirth of the Saints this year) and I cant put myself into watching this game.. and even more so of how awful and how many useless celebrities will be there pushing their garbage during this game!! Rating DUD

No I know, and Dallas can win this game and be fine... in theory so can the Giants... but then they kiss the NFC East goodbye, and they hear the rumblings... they've not beat anyone... they were 6-2 the last two years too...they always suck after the bye too....and the game of the year in the NFC is Dallas/Packers!! CRA$HER, I understand you are in denial to a point here...but clearly the game of the week is Dallas at New York. Here is why: The Dallas factor, as for now they are the best team in the NFC, and they are going to New Jersey to face a team in their division, who is on fire and have won 6 straight, and with a Giants win, forces a tie in the NFC East and that would change the landscape of the NFC East and the NFC as a whole. If Dallas wins, they will win the NFC East, send a clear statement they are the team to beat, and perhaps earn home field throughout the playoffs (I do not think the Packers will keep this pace up).

All due respect to Cleveland and Pittsburgh, the DAL/NYG game could have a major impact on who represents the NFC in the Super Bowl, Pitt/Cleveland will not have that same effect (it is New England, signed, sealed, and unfortunately, delivered).

No way!!
If the Giants lose, they can kiss the division goodbye, but they are still odds on to win the top wild card and play an awful team like Tampa or Seattle.... if Dallas loses they are still in good shape (ahead on the tie breaker), and still battling Green Bay for HOME FIELD... hence why that game means more :P

If Cleveland wins it totally messes up the undercard in the AFC (not to mention if the Colts lose and Titans win)

you just want all attention away the game your bills NEED to win mister!! :P

Giants and Dallas is going to be a great game. Both teams are evenly matched, but I think Giants are healthy and have a revenge factor.

I think the Giants win this one. Jacobs is going to have a monster game.
