sammy was the only one amusing me and now he's gone dead silent.. the wood thrush outside is going nuts though. I love this house because it's wooded and the birdies come right up to the door. and i love the color of the wood thrush - they're so nut brown! and their little speckled tummies

the screech owls are out now too -- but they're coocooing not wailing.

the white throated sparrows are out too... and they're so cute

I'm sleepy. Huband made aloo gobi - blah but good. I like saag paneer best - I make that.

It's very easy but takes time, mostly waiting.

OMG I LOVE that stuff! A bachelor friend tried to get me to make it from a mix saying it would be just as good - but he never tried it -- only had his moms. Who knew cheese balls could be sooo gooood! They always have it at Puja's lunch buffet on Easton - did you ever go there when you worked in Somerset?

One tip, NEVER make it using Ricotta. Some use that as a shortcut and it's not nearly as good.

Never been to Puja's and I didn't go to Rutgers.

Where was Puja exactly? Not sure if the people I went to lunch with would have gone...well Eddie may have. Never bothered to look though.

I went to some small school in MA but dropped out and went to community college. Never did get my degree. Working on that now though!
