w00t so i got accepted to two colleges so far..

New England College - Henniker, NH -- Got scholarship for $7000 for doing community service. haha

Univeristy of North Dakota - Grands Forks, ND


Sooo yeah 2 out of 7 so far and those are the only ones Ive gotten back so far.


...Yeah i was bored..just thought id enlighten people.

UND... have you really thought that one through? It ain't Connecticut. On the positive side they do have an apt saying out about Nordakota - it's a great place to live, but I wouldn't want to visit.

I can also confess... I only lived inside my house. I was never allowed outside because it was too cold. We moved to Minnesota by the time there was a Summer I was old enough to really remember.

I do feel like MN is an easier transition - the geography alone is more familiar - did you apply there - or are you anti-Gopher?

Is zoology what you want to major in? I mean not to sound critical but most people don't graduate with the degree they were planning on getting before/when they got into university. I know I was all about pyschology but i'm now a refugee from that department and in sociology....not that far of a stretch but still...and I know if i wanna get my masters i am going to have to get my arse in gear and move to edmonton (ick) soonbr than later so i can get into a school with a credible soc faculty.

Just remember too that you have to be accepted into certain faculties and the spots can have a lot of competition to get

Whichever college you choose, or chooses you, I hope they teach you not to add extra letters to the end of wordsss.

My uncle actually has a degree in zoology and botany...I think he got it for the sake of getting a degree so he could spend more time smoking and drinking.

Is that like "burglerized"? Stupid f'ing made up words. The word is "burgled", to "burgle"....a "burgler burgled a house"

Well pre-meds are on their way to illegible script anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.

Did you try the school's website? Sometimes they put stuff like offered programs on there just in case people want to know.

That's a good point. I remember they told us at freshman orientation that the percentage was around 50% of people change their major. I remember thinking wow there's a lot of people that just can't make up their mind, then I ended up changing from accounting to sport management about a year later.
