There's a reason I have almost given up on it.
Because it's a problem a lot. I don't know how it is for others but I know there have been problems in the past as well.
If you can make an adjustment, it would be very appreciated. Especially with the playoffs getting underway in less than two weeks.

"The Stanley Cup has fallen from the Stars. The new millennium has its first Stanley Cup Champion, and it's the New Jersey Devils." Mike Miller calling the Devils winning the Stanley Cup.
"It goes to the captain and then there are handoffs during a skate around the ice" Mike Emrick as Scott Stevens is being presented the Stanley Cup.

Please stop your griping and assuming it is something that DM can alleviate with the press of a button...dew you even know what IRC stands for? Let me tell you...Internet Relay Chat...it is not exclusive to this forum...it is a network of servers that relay packets of information for the user, reassembles those packets and then you see what you see...I am not going to explain what a packet it...try Google for that so before you gripe why don't you go to the Internet and dew some research on IRC. There are various networks out there for IRC...DalNet, EFNet, UnderNet, etc. I think you get the picture. There has been great rise of DoS attacks on all IRC servers regardless of the network. So you don't have to strain, DoS stands for Denial of Service...an exhorbitant amount of packets are sent to servers overloading them, slowing them down and eventually the host of the server will take it offline...no server no connection...the IRC server hosts dew this for free...that is why there is no cost to chat...in the host's eyes there is no need to have their entire network collapse because of a DoS attack on one of their servers...just so you know...the attacks are caused by hackers in their teens and twenties so if you wanna bitch go bitch to them...no matter what IRC server DM uses it will have the same problem...if you want to use some closed chat application then be my guest but I am sure you will find something to bitch about that tooI'm sick of IRC not loading up. The one time I try to get into chat in over a month and it doesn't work.

Know what I am sick of? People complaining about stuff when they don't know how something works...next time try asking what the problem is rather than tell us how sick you are
So long and thanks for all the fish.
