They get out of this period even or leading, it'll be a positive for sure. They survived the 1st 10 minutes which was key and killed off a PP in that time, so that was a good start. The last 10 mins so far have been shoddy.
I'm not too concerned if this ends here 0-0. The 1st period in a game like this is key for the road team in this situation tonight.

Somehow they make it out of the period still tied. Brodeur was great but the team needs to step it up big time if they want this game, Marty can't do it all himself. Hopefully the Devils can get more offensive chances and be more physical against the Rangers from here on out. At times it looked like they were being manhandled out there.
