Prefferably from when he was on the Devils this time around. How much would something like this sell for, from the pros on our board who would know Thanks (SJP, Chorske And KC!) Also, NOT an autographed stick.

I have 3 if you are interested and i'd be willing to part with one. Warrior Dolomite fully taped, Shanahan's factory stamped code on the back of the shaft and it's game dated (I'll PM the date to you if you are interested) . Comes with MeiGray/Rangers paperwork.

I'm asking $175.00. Meigray sold these for $225 + $20 shipping + NJ sales tax.

Now, it's from his 2006-07 season with the Rangers, but that's going to be your best bet for now and maybe for awhile. I'm not 100% certain any of his Devils will hit the market. The Dolomite he uses currently is the same stick as the one i have, but just recently the WARRIOR graphic changed but the rest of the stick is same colors/same graphics.

Warrior Dolomites will run you $200 in a store model if you can find one in a Shanahan, which i haven't seen. They are an expensive stick.

Saw them at MeiGray today... not a lot left. There is a cool one from a game versus NJ that I should've grabbed, but they are pricey and he uses SEVERAL a game back then. Maybe 1 or more a period? FYI. $175.00 is a steal. If Blizzard doesn't take I might. Let me know.

$175 is a great deal, but I don't have the money right now unfortunately.

Shanahan is one of the players I want most though, so I'll have to keep my eyes peeled at the Draft Party, along with Parise and Rolston.

It's available if you guys want it. At the Devils draft party, if they have the equipment, i wouldn't be 100% sure any Shanahan's would be there. Not every player on the team was in those stick piles, even at parties in 04, 05 and 06.

Oh, trust me, I know. I have a bad feeling that Shanahan sticks will be about as plentiful as Parise ones were at the Draft Party last year. That's why I wish I still didn't have a balance to pay off on my Gionta, because I would probably buy the Shanahan stick from you.

Wait, you wanted a Shanahan Warrior and then when the price comes out it is too much? How much did you think it would be if you don't mind me asking?

You dont have to grill me. I dont own any sticks and Im not sure of the going rates, gameworn or just store bought. I figured around $100-125 for at least store bought.

I think a lot of times store bought stuff holds its value as long as you don't use it. Past players sticks (depending on player) can be had for under $50.00 easy in the pre composite days. So the value of most game used sticks is usually lower than the brand-new stuff at least I find it to be that way.
