I thought he had a great game on Thursday. Do you think he will be scratched once Salvador is ready to go or maybe scratch someone else and let him keep playing?

I say keep Greene and scratch Havelid is Salvador plays Game 6.

This is the 30th thread about Greene, all the same... when he plays good he looks great, after a couple of games we want him out. I say ride him while he is hot, not like Havelid is lighting the world on fire.

It's odd, he's shaky as all heck in the regular season but come playoff time a switch turns on and he actually looks poised and adds offense. It's as if he spends too much time overanalyzing things in the regular season and then just plays on instinct in the playoffs.

hmm....exactly.
Greene should play Game 6 and still not sure and no update until probably tomorrow by TG to see the status of Salvador. If Salvador is ready to go then scratch Havelid and have it like it was during that unbeatable streak in February with Greene and Salvador.

greene is a late bloomer, he's got skills...there is a reson he is still around.
he fits perfectly in the context of this specific series...yeah but if he keeps it up sutter has to play him and keep him on that second PP unit.

Havelid will stay in the line-up. He is too dependable and does the subtle things that win games.

With Greene having played fine last game and the Devils holding a lead it gives them that luxury of letting Sal sit if he isn't really close to 100%.
