Has anyone here every switched the name on the back of a jersey. I was given a number 30 jersey with a custom name on it and I want to switch it to Brodeur. Does anyone know where I can get a new name plate and how I can get it on the jersey?
Thank You

Send your jersey to Exclusive Pro. They will remove the nameplate and re-stich a new one on for you. In fact the Devils get their jerseys done there so you will have the correct font that they use on the ice. It does take a while though. I am waiting 6 weeks already for one but you know it will be done right. There are other places that will do it quicker but the font is wrong. Hope this helps!
I collect anything Souray or Stevenson.

I too was going to suggest Exclusive Pro. I have had them done this to a few of my jerseys and they always come back looking good as new. They have some special chemicals they use to get rid of any residue. Only problem is you should check to see if the nameplate is glued on or just sewn because if it is permanently glued then it's not removable. Though I'm guessing since it isn't a player's name it probably wasn't factory customized and can probably be removed. Either way I'd send it to them. Worst case scenario is they can't do anything about it and they send it back to you without charging you. You'd still have to pay for shipping though.
