"They are the loudest and most loyal students in the country. They call this place Happy Valley?
That's an understatement tonight. This is definitely the best place on Earth. I have seen Paternoville,
I have seen these students...there is nothing like this in the country."

in the party school category because we feel it is unfair to
rank professionals against amateurs."

I thought they would atleast wait until acouple hours after the end of the game to put up the SCF layout, not 20 min.
Doesn't matter as long as the Devils are in it and THEY ARE!!!!

The team came up big for Marty on a night he has problems.
I can't remember a night like tonight for Marty, he has been so big for the Devils all season and playoffs. Only right the team wins one for Marty.
Bring on the Ducks
Two Mickey Mouse teams??? In the Cup finals. Yep that's right.
Congrats again for the ECF Championship. They found a way to win.
"Bring Them On" sure George, your arrogant "my way or the highway" policies and remarks pissed the Iragi off more... 32 unnecessary US military deaths so far since G. W.'s remarks and dozens are wounded. It continues daily. Thanks Goerge. There are now 10-25 attacks against US soldiers daily.
Smart mouth, arrogant Bush, his kids are safe.
The BUCK never stops at BUSH if it's bad, he finds someone to take the blame for him, ie: Tenet's mea cupa.
Impeach G. W., the Iraq war was built on his lies...... lies........lies.
Do Not Re-Elect a Son of a Bush. Impeach him instead.

LETS GO DEVILS! FOUR MORE WINS!

That give away to Hossa where Marty just SPAWLED out with his pads and just his whole body was the save of the season thus far.
I can never fault Marty for anything and never will cause without him, we aren't watching this unfold right now.

"The Stanley Cup has fallen from the Stars. The new millennium has its first Stanley Cup Champion, and it's the New Jersey Devils." Mike Miller calling the Devils winning the Stanley Cup.
"It goes to the captain and then there are handoffs during a skate around the ice" Mike Emrick as Scott Stevens is being presented the Stanley Cup.

first, I wasn't a beleiver as late as the 1st intermission and I've never been so happy to be wrong. Going in I really thought they would lose. When Otawa tied it I feared the worst.
Second, those of us in the NY/NJ area should thank MSG and Don LaGreca---w/o them the team would get no coverage and each of us as big Devs fans should go out of our way to let ESPN radio and our cable operator know we appreciate what they do. The MSG post- game is great. No one will care but I was in my 1st year of law school in 93-94 and didn't get a TV so I could focus on school (I lived inManhattan at the time.) Radio station WABC cut away from the 2d OT of the Devs/Buff palyoff game to put on Yankees PRE-GAME. For out-of-towners that should give you an idea what its like to be a Devs fan in NY.
Third Gomez and Elias still suck in the playoffs and need to be traded even though they are young and talented. Lou could fleece someone for them. We could get enough in retun to build a new young team, esp. if we win the cup, their value will be high. I'll take a Claude Lemieux (or two John Maddens based on salary) over an Elias every day of the week.
Fourth, you can't say enough about guys like Pando, Albelin, Marshall and Rheume and maybe throw Gionta in there. Unlike Gomer and Elias, thse guys all over-achieved. In this series when Pando took a shot I actually leaned over b/c I expected it to maybe go in. Never did that b/4. When Albelin was bringing the puck out of the zone I never freaked out that he would do something stupid. Marty and Stevens get all the publcicity but w/o these guys we wouldn't be here.
Fifth Marty and Stevens (except the OT goal) were awsome. I was critical of the Stevens contract but he's till worth every nickel. With all Marty has going on, he was solid as a rock.
Finally can't say enough about Burns or Lou---don't think anything needs to be said there.

``I saw Joe sitting in the corner of the training room with a tear running down his eye and that got me motivated again,'' said Burns. ``I went into the room and told them `There's a rangy old veteran over there with a tear in his eye because he can't help you guys.' And that got them going again.''
Burns is a great moviator.
