I can't watch 'cause I'm still at work, but from descriptions like this it sounds like the U.S. looks a lot today like Canada did on Sunday. Too fancy, not enough work, no finish.

Is that accurate?

Most of the game is either the Swiss clearing the puck from their own zone, or standing up the US at the blue line when they try to enter the zone. Very frustrating to watch. See if you can stream the game an NBCOlympics.com

So we check the first non-goal and then the second non-goal if the first isn't

Your unconditional rejection of violence makes you smugly think of yourselves as noble, as enlightened, but in reality it is nothing less than abject moral capitulation to evil. Unconditional rejection of self-defense, because you think its a supposed surrender to violence, leaves you no resort but begging for mercy or offering appeasement.

Aww man, off the post...I thought that was in for sure. Definitely gonna get looked at next whistle.

fvck, US just scored, so now the swiss goal will take that away. Wait, no goal. Penalty on Kesler? Holy sh!t what a wacky sequence.

Edit: Wow, the Swiss goal didn't go in.

That's an incredibly weak penalty call. It takes away a USA goal and gives the Swiss a PP, major BS.

Milbury is saying it's an automatic call, since it was a hit to the head(no matter how weak), so I guess it isn't a bad call.

Suter's gonna give me a heart attack. Can't turnover the puck like that in your own zone.

US is guaranteed to be playing for a medal now. AWESOME.

I guess I should probably buy myself a Langs or Parise player tee before there's a run on 'em at Dicks. If there hasn't already been one.

I went to the Modell's and Sports Authority on Rt. 22 in Union/Springfield (can never remember which of em they're in) and they don't even STOCK em. I can't go to the Woodbridge Dick's until tomorrow, so I'm praying there isn't a major run.
