I got it a few months ago. One of my Christmas presents, remember? I was gonna get the logo, but I also wanted to get a Poohbear. So I figured I'd just combine them and save a little money and pain. That's when I asked here if anybody could do a cartoon drawing. And the misunderstanding between RD and myself. Sorry again, RD. I'm afraid now to ask what you drew 'cuz it's probably better than what we came up with.
It hurt, PK, but it wasn't unbearable. Think childbirth. No, not that bad!! But you know the pain will end. Just when you think you can't take anymore, it's done, you know? I had to go a little bigger than I wanted to get the detail. The tattoo artist wanted to do away with the mask!!! Said he couldn't get the detail with it that small. I said, "How much to put it back on?" So I wound up with it being about an inch bigger all around and twice the price.
And about 3 hours of pain in 2 visits.

I still have the sketch somewhere, it actually looks very similar to what you made, if anything a tiny bit more cartoonish (cause that's my style). ALl is well, it was just one big misunderstanding If you want though, I could send it to ya (If i can find it!)
...poster claims to have a friend whos father know Kovalchucks agent's close partner and he was told by his friends father that they are just sorting the details out.

I actually wanted it a little more cartoonish. My sister went pretty close to the real thing on the mask and catcher. I couldn't decide whether to put real skates on him or do like they do in the cartoon. You know, wooden sticks for blades? That would have been cute. Eh, it's done now. No goin' back.

I think it was a self-esteem thing. I posted pictures of my animals but not him. He thought I didn't want you all to see him. 
I told him I didn't want to post anything of him without his knowledge. So now I have. I have redeemed myself. My conscience is clear.
