According to that picture, Newark will look like SoHo in NYC when it is done. I think that is being a little too optimistic.

They could put parking below the building but I doubt more than two levels maximum. I would assume they will workout parking with someone along with the devils parking garage. They can always shop around for where they dump the Valet portion of itas that doesn't need to be ajoined to the building. Also, I thought it was interesting that they are doing 1rst floor retail which bumps their conference space to the 2nd floor...translation, at least one to two 1rst floor restaurantsSo I guess it's sharing the parking garage with The Rock?

Broke ground today! Star Ledger hasnt said anything (that I've seen atleast) yet though. But Facebook and Twitter was abuzz with photos and videos today.

We used to take the train but with the new fare increases it is cheaper to just pay for a parking spot. I hope they adjust the available parking as these new buildings go up.
I am looking forward to the new hotels, I hope the rates are reasonable.

^^Well at first I heard the Courtyard would have some underground parking. Now the garage would serve it. But that could change depending on how construction is set up.
At any rate Mulberry St.(or even Lafayette) needs a large garage, larger than the VIP one. The lots are shady and decrepit and are replaceable.
