Hah, it seems like the only two teams linked to him all day have been us and the Kings, and you get conflicting reports on the Kings all the time from being lukewarm to going all in hot and heavy.
It seems like we're the only team that legitimately (publicly) wants him, I'm not sure if that's a good thing lol but it seems like he ain't getting no $100 million now, so if we can get him for a fraction of that by all means!

of all mascots far and wide.IT IS VERY HARD TO WIN ONE STANLEY CUP, FORGET ABOUT THREE... and maybe it's high time some of you actually APPRECIATED THAT instead of treating it like it's some flipping birthright because for some random reason you rooted for the damn Devils!!!!!

My # 1 concern for this team: 2nd line Center (Arnott-Check).
My # 2 concern for this team: 2 quality D-men if Martin Leaves (Talinder/Volchenkov- check).
My # 3 concern don't overpay for Kovy.
The smokescreen on the KHL and the alleged LA interest is starting to wane. If we can get Kovy for $6 million, I would be fine with that.

no chance - maybe he takes one year @ $7.5MM and does this dance again next year? i doubt it but it's possible.
