Me in all my brilliance decides a pop up reminder for the Whoopi show would be cute on the website... but you know I'm cheap & lazy and dont' know how to code that well and stuff so I find shareware for creating pop-up scripts... and i'm creating away and suddenly get this really bad feeling ... I think I just gave my site address to a porn pop up ad ring! &*%$&*$^@ swell huh? I deleted everything but I'm still worried! So if you all do visit and you see a heck of a lot of porno pop-ups could you let me know... MAN! I may have to trash this whole thing before it even gets off the ground even!

I hope I fixed it in time.... If I did and I don't get the pop ups this is my best marketing scheme yet though huh? But I really did do this... would that it were a scheme!

Went to the site...no naughty popups (dammit! ) but since I have a popup blocker it was trying to block some popup which wouldn't even let me get to the "The Personification of Hockey" page. So I had to pause the blocker to get thru. Weird.

Geocities -- yahoo has a manditory popup! You can't remove the scripting even! Not that I'd ever try -- I mean I agreed I wouldn't do that in exchange for free hosting and all

Where the heck have you been! I was hoping someone could steer me to some popup coding shareware that had no naked ladies and such! Now I only have an hour and a half to tell people to watch Whoopi! 8pm on NBC!

and I can't write about Scott Stevens tomorrow! but notice we have smilie laughing his butt off! I made a deal with DM.

and WCDF talked mean to me. He got all mad about me writing about Stevens...now I know ILB had issues wanting the ignore button for me {amongst other things she'll never address except in the most thinly veiled of posts.} (Shoot ladyshrouds, if you've got a problem say it sister, or use that ignore button you cried for- I won't mind! Man, haven't I kissed your ass hard enough YET? We all have our limits!) but I guess WC didn't engage his ignore button... Or ladyshrouds threatened to cut him off if he didnt' say something for her -- hey I can relate to that -- dude's got to have his priorities straight! But it came out of no where even and hurt my feelings! THEN He asked me if I kissed my daughter with my (foul) mouth... I just wrote fvck... I think just once even -- and she can't read yet so I figured it was OK...

It's been a heck of a day on the NJDevs message board for me... now all i need is a cease and desist email from Scott Stevens, Inc. and that'll just be the icing! I'm tired!

Actually the ignore button was for StarDew and has come in very handy. I for some reason have left it on for you even with your nutball rants about nothing most of the time (which makes you who you are). I just scroll right on past them for the most part.

And WC has his own thoughts and opinions about you and it looks like he actually decided to express them to you (or to someone, but you took it to a personal level, your name was never actually mentioned) himself...He brought that thread on himself sista...Maybe you should take somewhat of a hint...

BTW, I thought this discussion was over and done with this morning...

Yah, I figured Geosh!tties had something to do with it, but it's just that I hadn't had the problem with your page in particular before. Maybe it's getting more popular now and they think they can draw some revenue! B)

Where have I been? I was offsite at some stupid class today. Fortunately the offsite location was 10 mins from my house, so I wasn't complaining! No PC access though. Oh and I know nothing about coding. Tried to go in that direction as a career once, but it wasn't to my liking.

I noticed that thread by WC...I don't blame him for not wanting to use the ignore feature. I personally never use it. I like to read everything too, and if I must ignore someone the scroll wheel on my mouse does a great job! I guess that post probably could have been resolved in PMs though.

Ah vell, sh!t happens!

BTW, speaking of smilies...DM, is there anyway the "rant" smiley can be brought to the left of the post with the others instead of having to hit "Show All"? I see there is a blank spot there. Please?

It was more than obvious that the thread was meant for PK. Personal vendettas should not be aired on the board, it should have been ignored or taken to PM.

Well, like I said in the previous thread that was deleted I apologize to Pk for anything that was said that offended her and you are right Zam. As you are the majority of the time.
