We all know there's a lot of dead weight on this roster. Some are players not playing up to their contract value. Some are guys past their prime. Some never had a prime.
Instead of focusing on them, let's focus on who's been good. If you had to list the guys that you want to continue to see on the team, who would you pick? Try not to focus on contracts or sentimentality or anything like that. This is from a pure hockey standpoint. Who has shown you the goods that you want to continue to see displayed in a Devils uniform?

I'm in the minority that likes Fayne. He's had his share of rookie mistakes but he pinches in pretty well in the offensive zone.
Hopefully we have a 4th line already set for next year in Mair, Pelley, Sestito

I wouldn't. No winning = no satisfaction, period. If I wanted to watch a team try hard and still lose I'd be an Islanders fan.
