White apparently had pretty decent chemistry with Kovy. In the very least we might see Kovy settle down and get some production going. He'd only be about 1mil plus change if it's a re-entry situation.

This would only be worth it if they waived the "no chair shots to the head rule"....though a Cena promo cutting him down would be amazing!!!
