It would be awesome if Red Bull Arena got the event. They definitely could fill the building for it.

Those were the original rumors. It would make sense as it's outdoors(well partially).

Yes many of them are idiots. But there are sensible people in the arena who are tired of having their intelligence insulted by mgmt and are letting it known. Here are the issues:

-In danger of missing the playoffs 4 out of 5 years

-Still keeping around a coach who has made the playoffs only once

-The same coach who has teams blowing leads like no tomorrow since his Florida days

-People paying these ticket prices(seasons or single games) for a lousy product that is NOT entertaining in the very least

-There have been clubs in pro sports with lousy ownership yet they've been able to put on a competitive, entertaining team. So to not put any blame on Lou is ignorant.

If you're going to tank fine. But tell the fans what's going on and how you plan to move forward.

They've lost 5 straight, missed the playoffs  3 out of 4 years, can't convert on power plays and in general can't score goals if they were paid a buttload of money (oh wait) and you expect them to eat crap?

They're likely booing the actual product more than the effort.

Probably the most worked up I've been this whole season, and it had nothing to do with the play on ice. It's the fans.

The Devils busted their asses tonight. They dominated the Senators. Absolutely dominated them. Outshot them 2 to 1. And the players get viciously booed?

Why? They didn't deserve that. Anderson was excellent and this team is not confident, but it was a damn good effort. Good effort might not be enough to win games, but it should always be enough to avoid getting mercifully booed by the home crowd.

Just brutal.

Fans Had enough. Paying these prices to watch an already putrid team lose to the Ottawa Senators with no SOG in the last 6 minutes...results matter

In Topic: Is it time to trade Cory Schenider?

Him for Hall straight up? I can't laugh it off even if the goaltending would be a question mark. This team isn't making the playoffs and while he has not been stellar isn't the goal for us to aim for the top 2-3 prospects? Can we obtain any of them with a recovering roster and Cory in net?
