Poor taste of a post. You had money to blow? Good do it on charity not yourself. I didn't have money to blow and I did donate...

Oh I donated, but to another cause (Cancer) that I felt I got a lot back for since members of my immediate family have or had it.  Like I said, in these tough economic times you have to pick and choose so I did, I encourage you do the same.

I still stand by what I said.  Why not honor these players longer (same for Pat Burns).  Really two games?   I see other clubs still sporting a patch and yet here are the Devils.  

The autographs are silly.  Like Ken said, one is tolerable, but why not give fans/collectors what they want if the money is going to charity so they can raise more?  Investigate, research, look-into it.  It isn't like MeiGray doesn't do business with them; ask them.  

Say poor taste all you want, but it is the truth and sometimes the truth hurts.  

Oh and as for the starting bid, I HATE auctions.  If you ever go to move 95% of what you won in auction it's typically a huge loss.  I don't know if people get caught up in the moment or what, but I've seen some where I scratch my head.

Ken is a great guy to deal with.  Fast, SAFE shipper and those prices... you can't beat them with a stick!  Best deal in town!

I am selling my Sergei Brylin game worn hockey helmet.  

It is a white CCM with the visor from the 2002-04 season.  MeiGray authenticated it and the paperwork will come with the helmet.  I'm happy to send pictures to those interested.  Please PM me and provide a working email address and telephone number.  I'll email you, but I'd like an alternate form of communication should you or I have any issues.

-Brylin has won 3 cups with the team.  
-Brylin helmets don't show up every day since he has left the team.

I also have for sale a Ken Daneyko helmet worn during the 1999-00 SCF season.  It is photomatched and comes with a COA from MeiGray. I am happy to share the photos to those interested. I'm asking for $350.00 shipped to your door on this one of a kind helmet!  This is the only one I know of in the hobby!

Nashville's jerseys are pressed or just the name plates?

I'm not sure what "pressed" means.  But the nameplate is sublimated (dyed) there is no stitching what-so-ever to create the letters and look.  I believe the nameplate is sewn onto the jersey then, but I have not seen this year's or last year's in hand yet.

You don't need the "C" on your jersey to LEAD.  

For many years Brendan Shanahan was the real leader of the Red Wings in locker room with all due respect to Steve Yzerman.  Yzerman was just a quiet leader.  Shanahan was the talker.

I think Kovalchuk was a mistake, but hey I thought he was a mistake since day 1.  I thought there were a number of better candidates for the "A" than him.  Clarkson would've been the best decision they could've made.  

I don't think the "C" lends itself to Parise staying put.  Money talks and BS walks (just ask Kovalchuk).

I'd love to know where the "ethics" come into play for paying three times as much for a jersey in the team store, to have the letter BARELY pressed on by a cheap iron I wouldn't press my suit with the two times a year I wear it....when I can one from China that looks and feels the same to me.....

I don't disagree.  They do a horrible job at the Devils team store.  If they are going to charge that price, the product needs to be superior.  

I think the point of the site was to let people know they are BUYING a knock off.  For Hurricane1091 and Adam85491, it would be like choosing a hot girl and your mom to go out with.  Now we know your Mom is an inferior product, so why would you want that.  So what would you rather have hanging off your arm:  A hot girl one of these guys' moms with their snaggletooth, 80's big hair, and big fat arse?
