Stamkos could be offer-sheet target

There have been several reports out of Philadelphia stating the Flyers' interest in sending Stamkos an offer sheet (reportedly estimated at 12 years and $115 million);

Is there not a "unwritten" rule when it comes to offer sheets? Would the compensation be up to four 1st rounders? Haha..
