#1310018 If we pick 7th.... Who would you choose.

You obviously don't understand the game.

Ugh, look in the mirror and say that . Goodnight sir.

You can't be serious if you think adding 1 of those 2 makes this a playoff team. It's not how the game works.

For this current squad it absolutely does. No question about it. Adding Crosby adds SO MUCH more offensive production from him and his wingers. This team would have 30-40 goals more. With Cory putting up a .925 save % theres no doubt they are a playoff team.

And lou hasnt been credible in years either. They are actually both on par when it comes to their job quality.

Look at ALL the bad signings, the terrible roster management, the horrible roster structure, all our lost assets, nothing to trade, our team is the oldest in the NHl, no speed, no skills, no good faceoffs guys, 2 head coaches!!!! the team itself is a joke and all we get is typical "status quo" non-sense and denial about what the whole world is seeing. Hes not even willing to admit that we need a rebuilt. Teams who went the right directions accepted what they are and made the right moves, lou as been in denial for 3 years now.

How in hell should we support that guy anymore? For what he did 15 years ago? Then geez lets bring back brodeur then.

And PLEASE dont tell me "hey he built a strong group of young D and got a good goaltender. Allllll the team in the nhl has something good and are way better balanced that we are. Theres no sugarcoating our situation. Were going downhill.

We know we know we know we know how you feel. You dont have to put down paragraphs about it for every thread. :(

The last 40 minutes weren't bad.

That glass half full perspective...too bad the glass is actually broken.

Makes little sense since Lundqvist was one of the best players on the ice during most of the overtimes. The guy was amazing, only player on the Rangers who deserved to be in the Final. Without him those overtimes would be a lot shorter.

A more simple question would have been, "why do you hate the Habs more than the Rangers?"

A more simple explanation would have been, "I live near Montreal and hate the Habs more."

#1261182 Lou 20 Minute Q&A

Posted by Zubie#8 on 14 April 2014 - 10:14 PM

the whole coaching staff back again next year ughh... no offense to stevens but i just dont know about him as a D coach

Two seasons as the best shot defense team in the league. I know it's a testament to our players and the system but he's not hurting us at the moment.

Holy hell you should be a lawyer, you spin everything in your direction. Not even worth replying back to you anymore unless its strictly hockey related.

Last thing I'll say about this is go read over your posts, maybe you will notice why I and I know for a fact others feel the same way. You put down many users, ideas, or threads and then get defensive when called out upon it. It's annoying and hypocritical. That's the last I will say on that.

#1260498 Chico makes his retirement official

Posted by Zubie#8 on 11 April 2014 - 11:36 PM

I was lucky enough to have club seats tonight and I talked to him a few times and even got a picture with him. I told him it won't be the same without him and that really struck a cord with him and he hesitated to respond to me and he just put his hand on my shoulder and said he really appreciated it and said he is nothing without the fans. I will miss the guy very much, he is always great to listen to and an even better person.

First time I actually met Chico was before game 1 against the Kings. My friend and I literally bumped into him on the corner outside of the arena and of course good ole Chico was munching on a hotdog while talking to all the fans saying he's hasn't been so excited in years. He really is a great man.

Should have retired riding high after the Cup run, what a shame.

Maybe some people think there is actually something wrong with it?   Should they be silenced?

I never said people should not express their opinion, I do not care how someone feels. But whatever your opinion is it should be made in an appropriate manner in a touchy topic like this or you will just look arrogant and childish. That's my only problem.

Shame on the people with the childish comments, especially 'thats gross'. Good for him coming out, absolutely nothing wrong with that, even though he is an ass.
