A few things I came away with:
1. Lundquist is human. Get in close, high shots, get him moving.
2. Parise, Kovalchuk and Henrique have been replaced by pod people.
3. The Rangers will collapse if you get sustained pressure on them.
BTW, I don't think the Rangers match up well against either the Caps or Sens. Plus if the Rags end up in 4th, they will play Philly. Those two will beat the crap out of each other and Summer's Eve will probably be a major series sponsor.

Look on the bright side. If the Toronto guys buy a stake and keep it in NJ we'll probably get some more fans in Toronto, which is good because it's been a long time since that city has had a hockey team.

Tough call for the refs to make but kudos to getting this one right.
Lundqvist calling Brodeur a diver for this?Hank needs to go take a look at the replay and stop talking out of his ass with that...let's see him deal with a 200 lb man flying into him while he's attempting to make a save and see if he falls over.
Trust me, Henrik falls over pretty easily for 200lb. men all the time.

Lets hope Tedenby will be ready for the 3rd line after 30 games in AHL to get his confidence back.

That is a playoff group up front.
Why are you putting Ponikarovsky in a 4th line role and Tedenby in a 3rd line role?

Stafford is a RW so he'd be a plus. Pominville is probably not in the mix of Sabres.
The only decent and needed D Man from Montreal would be Hall Gill.
Visnovksy from the Ducks perhaps. But the Ducks have been doing better as of late and they're probably in wait and see mode.

Yes, it's absolutely pathetic that they're losing to the teams that are very, very good. How dare they.
Dude, come off it. We're not saying they should dominate or be competitive, but it would be at least comforting to know we're a thron in their side. These are the teams we'll face in the playoffs if we make the playoffs.
Yes, playoffs and regular season are different ballgames, but the confidence created to play in the playoffs is generated through the regular season and I'm pretty sure if the playoffs happened today and the Devils were set to play one of these 4 teams their confidence wouldn't be high at all.
I mean remember 09-10? We didn't have a very good regular season record against Philly and they beat us handily in the playoffs. I'm pretty sure out regular season record against the Flyers, consciously or subconsciously, had something to do with us being beaten like a drum by them in the playoffs.
