I was shocked that Obama won this election. I give a lot of credit to the boot-licking mainstream media, which has taken orders from the White House the last four years. It's a scandal.

Obama and Harry Reid's olive branch after the election was such a crock after the dirty campaign that they ran. The Bain Capital ads that attacked Romney's character, Reid's unfounded accusation of Romney being a tax cheat ... those two can go fvck themselves. I have never seen anything like it. It made swiftboating look like a sea cruise.

You were really shocked?  Honest question... were you mostly watching FoxNews and reading Drudge for your information?  If so I guess I can see why you would be shocked.  Drudge constantly cherry picked the most favorable outlying polls as evidence of a Romney lead.  This is not a great way to be well informed.

The FACT is that Obama led in almost every swing state poll for the entire campaign... even after the first debate.  The data is online, you can look it up!



And the Bain Capital attacks were started in the primaries by other Republicans!

Sheldon Adelson financed a 30 minute documentary when he was supporting Newt that covered ROMNEY's time at Bain, and how he was a corporate raider.  Then he dumped tens of millions to support Romney once Newt dropped out...  Who swift boated who?

I can't wrap my brain around this delusion.

For fear of making this thing political, this doesn't have anything to do with global warming.  The area has had more powerful storms in the past.

I'm pretty sure we haven't had more powerful storms in the past. The previous record for a surge brought by a storm was 11 feet set in 1821.  This one was over 13.  

So by that wouldn't you say this storm was bigger than any storm ever recorded in the area...

It's impossible to leave those programs untouched.  US unfunded liabilities is at ~$120 trillion dollars or ~$1 million per taxpayer.  No amount of taxing is going to fix those, the programs have to be changed.

Yeah i totally agree.  I'm just saying Mitt won't say he will do anything to the things that will actually reduce the deficit. The only cuts I hear are for education, the EPA, Planned Parenthood, NPR... stuff that is such a tiny part of the budget that it does nothing but screw over a few people and cause collateral damage.

30% of Republicans believe Barack Obama is a Muslim.  That is delusional and quite frankly sad.

Who cares if Romney is Mormon.  They seem to be moral people with good families for the most part.  I mean when you look at the specifics of Mormonism it's insane (although all religions are kind of crazy when you look at the details and actually read the books).  

I don't believe that in Romney's heart he thinks that he'll rule a planet with his family after he dies.  I don't think he believes that god lives in our galaxy on the planet Kolob.  Maybeeeeee he believes the Native Americans are the lost tribe of Israel and the Garden of Eden was in Missouri.

Squishy, you are clearly forgetting the Fox News leads in CABLE news, their rating have yet to touch the "Big 3" who are clearly controlled by and advocate for the left, as they have done for decades.

What does leading in cable news have to do with anything?  They have a market and they play to it at the expense of objective and constructive journalism.


I turned on Fox last night to see how they would react to the story and Greta briefly touched on it saying "So apparently there is a new video, I'm not sure I haven't seen it, where Mitt Romney says Americans are dependent on Government"... Completely avoiding the actual reason why the video is getting attention.   Then she switched back to the Fox News coverage of "Obama lets American's die in the Middle East" coverage.

Kovy standing still played a big factor in that goal.  Give him a game or 2 off

Collect data... reach a conclusion.

Have a conclusion, find data.

There is a difference.

Maybe it's just because they are intelligent.  Doesn't have to be an secret motive.  

And we wonder why they all lie about "Global Warming"

Are they liberals first or are they scientists first?

Some how I think they would rather put out legitimate work than contribute to a liberal conspiracy.  

Jimmy I'm sure you've researched data regarding Global Warming; have any scientific or intelligent reason why it is false?   What is accelerating the depletion of greenhouse gasses in the atmosphere to keep pace with the exponential increases in their production over the past 100 years?  Have any information on that and maybe I'd be able to take the "other" side of this issue seriously.  For now I guess the proof lies in anecdotal snowstorms highlighted on drudge report and that entirely credible petition of scientists who doubt warming.
