I think individual shots represent a player far better than team shots represent a team.   A player's quantitiy tells about their individual game and how involved they were.  Where team shots are concerned I think quality is of far greater importants.  I like greedy goals scorers.  A lot of times a player will pass up a good shot to look unselfish.  Jason Spezza is a great example of this.

Domi seems like he's going to be a real solid NHLer.  While 9 might seem like a stretch for him at this point.  5 years down the road it might look like a steal.  As important as his skill he has the head of a hockey player.  Could be our new Parise...

I really don't think Lou stresses like all these amatuer wannabes that are in the league now.  He's made his mark on this league.  Absolutely nothing is going to taint his legacy.  Unless some Paterno sh!t turns up...

Not like being an NHL GM is a strenuous job.  I'm pretty sure he can go until he kicks off...

The Mets have an identity issue.  It begins with their owners.  I hate to agree with Francessa but he's completely right when it comes to the Mets.  They are pathetic.  I've loved this team since before I can remember.  I have more vivid memories of 1988 than yesterday.  But, the Wilpons have murdered the Met fan in me.  I can't even watch them any more.  I know Matt Harvery is awesome (Thanks, Omar) but there is absolutely nothing else to get excited about on this team.  Not even David Wright.  He's a good player but every time I see his face his epitomizes Wilpon's Mets for me.  I just wish they would sell the team so they could start over for real.  There is no light in sight for the NYM
