I just don't get why anyone would take anything from Š„klund (2.3% accurate), HockeyInsiderr, Incarcerated Bob, etc. seriously and then feel the need to spam it all over the board

I'm not even believing there's even interest until a real reputable source mentions it.  

 

I'm not sure how I would feel if Heatley came to NJ.  Maybe the Heatley from 5 years ago, but now he could end up Rolston 2.0 for all we know.

The person who isn't worth her paycheck is Sherry Ross. She offers no analysis and has a limited number of phrases such as The Devils have to figure out a way to score, or, The Devils have to put more pressure on xxxxx.

So we want a guy back who Pat Burns wanted off the team, nearly had Larry Robinson check into a nut house, possibly fired a puck at Claude Julien, Scott Stevens couldn't stand, routinely disappeared in the playoffs, told us to meet him in Newark and bolted to the Rangers, and has stunk up the ice for at least the last four seasons?


Did I miss something?

not sure if i want it to be, he didn't do much in the playoffs, i'd rather have josefson and butler up than a filler.


True about the playoffs, but the onset of Carter/Bernier/Gionta I think more than made up for Sykora.

Keep in mind he did have a 20-goal year. With Parise gone, the Devils will need all the scoring they can get.
