Tedenby was probably the biggest bust since the 2005 lockout.

 

Josefson is good, but I think he was sold as more of an Elias type player rather than a 3rd or 4th line center.  I am a little disappointed in him so far, but he has at least shown promise.

 

I think the jury is still out for Larsson.

 

Bergfors was decent, but his greatest asset was being part of the Kovy trade.

Could have gotten Oshie instead of Bergfors. Oshie is such a NJ type player too.

Couldn't something happen like with Radulov, except the other way around?

Radulov stiffed Nashville back when the NHL and KHL had not signed an agreement honoring each other's contracts.

Washington just can't win big games.

It's amazing the kind of negativity and dark cloud that's been over the fanbase and management in Buffalo literally ALL YEAR. What scares me is that both our teams finished at 48 points. Maybe because of 2011-2012 season and our management's track record, we're trained not to think "rebuild" after a season like this.

Why is Buffalo ahead of us in the draft when we both have 48 points? Isn't the first tiebreak wins, of which we have fewer?

In Europe and Russia there's a lot more honor connected with the WC. Kovalchuk bleeds Russian red and it's no surprise that he is pumped to represent his nation.
