  1. Penguins aren't even indigenous to anywhere in the northern hemisphere, let alone a hellhole like Pittsburgh. Lets Go Devils

  4. The Dolphins and their fans have waited a long time to be back in the playoffs and I congratulate them. This is a well coached, solid team. Pitt would be a tough round 1 draw for them but these are not the mighty Steelers of 2008-2011.

  5. Thought Rykov looked really good for Russia tonight, not a flashy player but definitely a smart player. Knew the right moments to step up and pinch and when to back off, also had some good skating ability to defend 1-on-1 against Canada's top guns.

  8. Thanks brother, classy of you. Hoping we can draw the 5 and go to Houston instead, but while Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh will be incredibly tough, we do have a W against them this year. At the very least, I think that should give them some confidence going into a hostile environment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. Agreed. And the 9th is accidentally scored by Pittsburgh on their own goal, credited to Jacob Josefson. Whether he's in the lineup or not.

  10. There isn't one AFAIK? They just honor eachother's contracts and don't try to poach players. If they wanna jump from the KHL to the NHL they have to pay their way out of it.

  12. I think he looked alright. He's playing 4th line, and I think he ended up being a -1. However the goal that was scored against was off of an awful pass that Anderson's linemate through to the point which lead to a Latvia breakaway. Anderson was a big part of the first USA goal as he was right in front of the net putting on a screen. He had some nice shifts here and there, but not a ton of ice time. Mcleod is the extra skater tonight for Canada. He's only taken a few shifts. Speers is also playing 4th line although he's making the most out of his ice time. He's been very noticeable o

  15. Getting the 5 is big in that Houston is clearly the "here by default" team in the playoffs...no one's scared of them, even with them getting a home game. At least the Dolphins have a win under their belts against the Steelers, should they have to go there. It's too early to tell what your path would be beyond a victory against the Texans...home field throughout won't be decided until next week. Kinda crazy that though all six AFC playoff participants have been decided, that four of them can finish in a number of spots (Steelers locked at 3, Texans locked at 4): Patriots: 1 or 2

  18. Peluso didn't just fight, but he also played an extremely physical game where he regularly absorbed contact to the head from things other than fists. This is on Lamoriello-Fisher-Jaffe conspiring to keep Peluso in the dark as to what was really going on. Not everyone is George Foreman...Peluso was likely one of those guys who just wasn't cut out to play hockey (for very long at least). This is information that he deserved to know.
